Communal spaces
Granary Quay has lots of shared spaces residents can use day to day, either for working in or to spend time with friends and neighbours. There is also a well-equipped 24hr gym plus fitness studio on site, and a private room that can be booked for meetings and get togethers.
House Kitchen
The house kitchen is open all day every day. Residents are welcome here any time, to grab a coffee, talk to members of the team, or catch up on some work.
Lounge
We have designed the lounge as a space where people can relax on the sofas, sit and work from their laptop, read a book or catch up with friends.
24hr Gym
We have a gym on site equipped with Technogym machines, including cardio equipment, free-weights and a range of weights machines.
Club Room
The Club Room is a bookable space that can be used for hosting your own private event or meeting.
Co-working Space
For those who often work or study at home but like a break from their apartments at times, this is a nice, quiet space where you can work on your laptop, or just sit and read.
