Following the news that Dandara Living was shortlisted as a finalist in three categories in this year’s RESI awards, we were very proud to receive a Highly Commended award in the BTR Operator of the Year category.

In their comments, the judges drew particular attention to Dandara Living’s focus and commitment to ESG and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion as well as its industry-leading management and resident satisfaction scores on Homeviews.

Organised by Property Week, the RESI Awards are widely regarded as the industry’s most prestigious, with the awards ceremony which took place in London recently, attracting over 1,200 property professionals from across the UK.

To be shortlisted as a finalist in the RESI Awards is a significant achievement, and this special commendation from the judges is a further testament to the dedication and teamwork of all involved.
